Erin Healey holds bachelors degrees from the University of Rhode Island in English Literature and Secondary Education, as well as a master’s degree from the University of Connecticut in Education Psychology with a concentration in education technology. After teaching high school English for several years, Erin recently transitioned to her new position as a school-based Instructional Coach. She founded the Young Educators Society of Rhode Island in 2018, to develop a supportive professional and social network for new teachers in their transitional and early years in the classroom. Erin continues working to support educators outside of her full-time position, as a part-time lecturer for the URI School of Education, and as the Speakers Network Manager for the Teach Better Team.
