Exploring the Microcosmos

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The objective of this session is to get educators to learn what a Foldscope microscope is, how to use it, and how to teach with it. There will be time to assemble the Foldscope, instruction on how to prepare slides, and an opportunity for exploration with the Foldscopes. Throughout the entire session, ideas for how to incorporate this into daily instruction will be provided. Every attendee of this session will leave with their very own Foldscope to keep and use. This is a session for classroom teachers of all grade levels, as well as administrators, looking to find new and innovative ways to spark scientific curiosity and fun into their instructional practice.
