Going Gradeless in a Grades Based School

He will present the case for going gradeless even if your school requires grades and hear some of the peaks and valleys of the journey. Expect to reflect on your own grading practices and see how a paradigm shift in grading could lead to student growth and deeper learning. Then leave with an idea of how a gradeless classroom could be done even at a school that has grades.
