Session Description: Studies show that adults who are active participants in SEL are less stressed, and improve students' social-emotional and academic outcomes. In this session, we will explore 3 simple use and easy-to-remember strategies that support educator well-being and social-emotional competence. 
To impact students, we have to support teachers; this SEL skill-building course will help you improve your well-being while removing stress.  
Academic curriculum alone isn't enough to prepare our students for a global economy; we have to start with Relationships & Communication.
In this workshop, we will explore three relationship and communication strategies, to help you 
  • Have better conversations with people you don’t usually connect with (Less stress!)
  • Understand where the tension comes from in personal and professional relationships 
  • How to create win-win outcomes in your classroom and school community (More Well Being)
