Students have incredibly unique gifts and talents to celebrate.
What do they need from us?

Words of affirmation.
To be a cheerleader in their corner to convince them that they are exceptionally remarkable humans, each one his or her own person.

We will seek to refocus our approaches, remodel our boundaries, and reframe our differences with flexibility + a compassionate heart.
