The focus in education has zeroed in on student mental health issues and what mindfulness can do in the classroom, but the topic of teacher mental health, resilience and social-emotional support for educators still remains taboo. This session addresses educator mental health issues that can lead to disengagement, and areas of educator support that can complete a trauma-informed system. Yes, it'll address burnout, but attendees will learn that there's so much more to disengagement than that!
