Karla Hailer has spent her whole life wearing as many hats as possible so she could learn everything and anything along the way. Her favorite hats are that as a mom and as a teacher (in one capacity or another) most of her life. After being told, “You should write a book,” about how she teaches organization in the classroom, she is doing just that. She knows her methods work because past students keep telling others, “Everything Ms. Hailer says is true.” She currently a 5th/6th grade teacher and lives outside of Boston with her husband and two cats.  Her boys are grown, living on their own.
