Dr. Holly Blair is an educator, author, speaker, and state executive director.  She has worked in education for over 20 years.  She has held the positions of: elementary and middle level teacher, principal, Assistant Executive Director and Executive Director for the Maine Principals’ Association all while consulting, speaking, writing and publishing.  Dr. Blair has obtained a Ph.D. in Higher Educational Leadership from Capella University in 2007, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Capella University in 2002 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Science from the University of Maine at Presque Isle in 1998.  She lives in Hallowell with her husband, Stacey, and together they have three adult children: Ethan, Wyatt, and Emale.
