Megan Balduf has been a classroom teacher for close to twenty years. Throughout her career, Megan continues to grow and learn to be a better teacher today than she was yesterday. Since early 2020, she has put her focus on grading better, consciously working toward more equitable grading both in her classroom and across her school by focusing on the small, easy changes teachers can make to how they grade and report student learning.
